When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 10 days after your order is placed via regular ground FedEx/USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on the website or by email. Shipments are from New York State and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground and we are not able to expedite shipping.

Where can I get free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping to most Continental US addresses. At this time we are not able to process orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Nebraska, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Dakota or outside of the USA (including APO/FPO addresses).
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
